July 28, 2025Lake Susan Apartments are in a perfect location. Close to everything you could need or want. Grocery stores and Target and restaurants are easy to get to. April 4, 2025There are not enough Community events. Pool signage needs to be biggerand bolder the windows NEED to be replaced . I have reported several times that our windows are broken and do not seal tightly. The walls in hallways need painting The new design of community room is not inviting or comfortable.
