Biggest mistake
November 5, 2025I currently live here, and these are the things that I am paying rent for...the apartment has roaches, termites on the window, and mold that has still to be address after 2 months that it was reported. Just to back up, when I first moved in, I noticed a weird smell inside the unit. I informed the management, however nothing was done. No big deal but then I started noticing mold spurs beneath my counter areas. a maintenance request was put in, and they address it but then I noticed mold on the ac ...vent on the ceiling and in one of my closets. Every time it rains that closet floor gets wet and the stain on the wall get bigger. they know about both these issues and have not addressed it. a form had to be signed in order for the company who deals with the mold to come and fix the issue but as of, yet nothing has been done. Oh, I also had a leak coming from the air vent in my rest room my first month of living here. My experience here has been bad, and I can't wait for my lease to be up. don't waste your money. run down property in a very undesirable area
July 18, 2025Came in for a tour but decided not to get down after driving through the property. The buildings are very rundown. The price of the rent seems amazing for this economy and now I know why the soccer field and the kids park and the basketball court are really the best I see even at luxury places, but this place is not for me. December 21, 2024Move in I went early yesterday morning to pay my move in fees. I was originally supposed to move in on 12/26. The leasing office manager Stella called me to see if I wanted to move in12/16 which was earlier due to another unit being ready. I agreed and asked to make sure I had a washer and dryer in my apartment. since the apartment I picked wasn’t upgraded I had to pay an extra fee for the washer and dryer. I have stressed this from the very beginning. Well I ended up moving in on 12/20 and I ...had no washer and dryer in my apartment. I went back and the manager said she will see what she can do. I now have to wait a few days after I move in to get the appliances I paid extra for. And to add to it I waited 2hrs to get my keys and I still don’t have a mail box key. El mantenimoento de las areas Verdes es Malo, El mantenimineto en El area de bote de basura es uno de los peores, hay que caminar por ...encima de la misma para poder dejar la basura, y en la administration cuando los manager estan de vacationes no hay quien de respuesta, completamente decepcionada de Este complete, los gabines de Cocina son viejos y con cucarachas rata, estas ropiendo hasta la pared, y la Cocina nevera y lavaplatos que recibi no estaban en las mejores condicionrs.. Good luck getting contacted
April 5, 2021After signing the lease communication went dark. I was told my welcome letter would be over to me within the week. That didn’t happen. I called 3 weeks later and I got an off site manager who said he’d talk to them. I get a call back 2 weeks later saying they are working on the letter and to expect it within the day. Fast forward now a month and a half and I still haven’t gotten that letter. After now 5 voicemails left I have yet to hear back. Now in less than a month I will be moving across the ...country and yet I still have no information. Unacceptable if you ask me. If I had one piece of advice I’d say look anywhere else.
