Also its ridiculous that I don't know how many more months will pass by since office staff has told me since move in "we're working on that" regarding them actually picking up the phone when we call during office hours. I don't want to have to walk to the office every time to ask something. On a day i was particularly feeling very unwell physically, i had to ...call several times just to get someone to answer. The gym is also a bit dirty. People leave trash even under the treadmills like pizza boxes. Someone stole the cable that connects one of the treadmills to the outlet in the gym so it has been unusable for months. There are signs all over the gym saying to wipe down equipment before and or after use, but wipes are never ever kept stocked, i had to keep bringing and buying my own. Gym carpet is dirty. There should be a security system type of lock on the gym door so that not anyone can enter, especially if someone is working out at night and alone and some random person tries to enter the gym with bad intentions, that's dangerous. Everything looks so fun and beautiful about these apartments on instagram, but its pretty dirty here even with how much trash is always around the dumpsters, piles and piles of trash. Even with maintenence requests, whatever is used or done to get rid of the cockroaches, it doesnt work! Ive even put in a maintenence request before to fix the outlets in the apartment. In that request i stated thar there are some loose outlets that i want fixed. Plugs just fall out of them and they're also FIRE hazards, in other words, a safety hazard.Read More

Just to back up, when I first moved in, I noticed a weird smell inside the unit. I informed the management, however nothing was done. No big deal but then I started noticing mold spurs beneath my counter areas. a maintenance request was put in, and they address it but then I noticed mold on the ac ...vent on the ceiling and in one of my closets. Every time it rains that closet floor gets wet and the stain on the wall get bigger. they know about both these issues and have not addressed it. a form had to be signed in order for the company who deals with the mold to come and fix the issue but as of, yet nothing has been done. Oh, I also had a leak coming from the air vent in my rest room my first month of living here. My experience here has been bad, and I can't wait for my lease to be up. don't waste your money.
