I am relocating to the Los Gatos area in about three weeks. On a trip over this past weekend, I ran across this beautiful community. After knocking on the Managers Door, I was greeted by a courteous and professional woman named Amy. Although she showed me around the property, she informed me that there was no availability at the moment. I have lived here now for 7 years and love it!
It's a unique complex and looks like all of the units are different, since I have been in a few now. At first, I lived in a 3 bedroom with 2 roommates, now I am in a 1 bedroom and its large. Ive got a fireplace, a big balcony, a lot of cupboards, big closets and hardwood floors.
I also have a garage under my bedroom. Its not one that you can walk right into your apartment from but, its a garage and I really wanted my car to be inside. Also have a ...
storage closet in there.
The other people living here all seem to be nice, or at least the ones that I have met. Some have dogs which is OK. its quiet here and you really cannot beat the location facing the park and the lake.
I will probably be here until I can buy a house.
