Quiet & Convenient
December 3, 2018I love it here! The office staff is so friendly and they make me feel like I’m part of the “family”. The maintenance guys are on the spot whenever they’re needed (I locked myself out and Jim was there within 10 minutes!). The grounds are beautiful and serene. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. Not as promised
October 11, 2018Have had a terrible time here. Walls are so thin you can hear everthing your neighbors do. Maintenance request are not done within 48 hours like promised, even when you factor in that they don't work from friday at 5pm till monday at 8am. The commnity quiet hours are a lie and are not taken seriouly. If you report an issue with noise don't expect your problem to be solved. Expect to hear LECOM students yelling and causing a problem on weekends. If you decide to check this place out, make sure you ...look on top of the cabinets. We found a nice surprise. If you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, make sure you don't live in a complex with students. They keep us up almost everynight till 12am. On weekends its even later. Overall our experience has been terrible and we can't wait to move out.Property Manager Responded

Comfy and quiet
