In my younger days spent much time on the beach and going swimming in the pond. Maintenance here is a plus the guys are very friendly and professional and do repairs in a timely manner. 5 star service that's for sure! I have only really dealt with Lynn in the office pretty much all these years and she is great! She always has a listening ear and cares about making residents at Lake View Shores ...comfortable about making this their home. Being here 20+ years says something ....... Especially considering the price we pay quite nice. I can use as much water as I want because it is a flat fee. The leasing office staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance staff has been prompt to respond to any issues I have had. The complex seems safe and secure, which was of high importance to me. The only minor complaint/ con that I have is that the rent is a little bit on the higher end based on the amenities that they provide as compared to other apartments in the area.
