Be Cautious!

The leasing agents and management team here are not very helpful! There have been multiple issues with my apartment since living here for 5 years and the management team treats me like I'm being dramatic. My AC wasnt fixed until just now, but I made complaints about it in the Spring! The maintenance team is nice, however they often say inappropriate things while on the job, I caught them on my ring camera. Be cautious when living here, I wish I chose somewhere with respectful service!

I have been here since June 2025 and has been a breath of fresh air. The team in the main office and the maintenance team are very welcoming and helpful and are quick to address any issues or questions. So happy to have found this place. Communication is great and overall, it is a nice, clean and quiet place that provides peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team here for the work you have put into this place.

I had to find a new apartment fast and Lakeview Shores helped me get through the process very quick! The apartments are very nice, the updated ones even better! Very friendly and informative staff, also the private lake at night is so peaceful! I have enjoyed being here the past 3 months.

I have been living here 20+ years! Quiet place to live, and convenient for all my day to day living. In my younger days spent much time on the beach and going swimming in the pond. Maintenance here is a plus the guys are very friendly and professional and do repairs in a timely manner. 5 star service that's for sure! I have only really dealt with Lynn in the office pretty much all these years and she is great! She always has a listening ear and cares about making residents at Lake View Shores ...

Every morning, I get to wake up to the lake view right outside my window. My place is very nice. Everything works well. Especially considering the price we pay quite nice. I can use as much water as I want because it is a flat fee. Laundry machine beeps loudly is one of my complaints, but that sucks more for the guy that lives by it, not me.

I recently moved to Lake View Shores Apartments and my experience has been good so far. The leasing office staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance staff has been prompt to respond to any issues I have had. The complex seems safe and secure, which was of high importance to me. The only minor complaint/ con that I have is that the rent is a little bit on the higher end based on the amenities that they provide as compared to other apartments in the area. Additionally ...
if you live near the back of the property there may be some highway traffic noice that may take some getting used to.

Lived here for a little over a year and can say this is by far the most taken care of apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at or been to. It’s very evident management really cares about their tenants here. Never have had an issues, have really nice and respectful neighbors. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours.
