A Pleasant place to be

It's Home
September 22, 2025I have been living here 20+ years! Quiet place to live, and convenient for all my day to day living. In my younger days spent much time on the beach and going swimming in the pond. Maintenance here is a plus the guys are very friendly and professional and do repairs in a timely manner. 5 star service that's for sure! I have only really dealt with Lynn in the office pretty much all these years and she is great! She always has a listening ear and cares about making residents at Lake View Shores ...comfortable about making this their home. Being here 20+ years says something ....... September 12, 2025Every morning, I get to wake up to the lake view right outside my window. My place is very nice. Everything works well. Especially considering the price we pay quite nice. I can use as much water as I want because it is a flat fee. Laundry machine beeps loudly is one of my complaints, but that sucks more for the guy that lives by it, not me.Property Manager Responded

Would recommend
September 8, 2025I recently moved to Lake View Shores Apartments and my experience has been good so far. The leasing office staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance staff has been prompt to respond to any issues I have had. The complex seems safe and secure, which was of high importance to me. The only minor complaint/ con that I have is that the rent is a little bit on the higher end based on the amenities that they provide as compared to other apartments in the area. Additionally ...if you live near the back of the property there may be some highway traffic noice that may take some getting used to.Property Manager Responded

Cozy, clean, well-maintenced property
September 3, 2025Lived here for a little over a year and can say this is by far the most taken care of apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at or been to. It’s very evident management really cares about their tenants here. Never have had an issues, have really nice and respectful neighbors. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I feel very safe and well taken care of here. Also very family friended and management team is always looking for ways to make the complex better and help out the people ...staying here. :)Property Manager Responded
