    Do Not Rent/Buy at Lake Villa You Will Absolutely Regret It.

    Management does not care for you, your well being, for the community, Lake Villa only cares about Money. Rent raises about every month, in the past year for some rent has exceeded $600 (if owned) Not worth it if you taking into consideration of the depresonalization of the properties you are not allowed to have patio furniture, bikes, play sets, grills ect. Unless stored into the shed, with your trash bin I might add. Everything is cheaply made, door knobs fall off into your hand, doors fall off ...
    hinges, this place is beyond ridiculous. Need something fixed? Forget it. The negligence on Lake Villas part is astounding.
