Over-priced poor build
May 2, 2025Low water pressure, building facade and brick is falling off, windows leak, over-watered landscape turns to swamp, no speed bumps so people speed through the complex. Maintenance personnel seem to do their best but it's not enoughProperty Manager Responded

They haven't opened yet. Unknown quality
June 24, 2022Any review before July 1, 2022 that are talking about the quality of this place are lies. They haven't opened yet as of today. They are waiting on CoO due to the City's negligence pertaining to water treatment, so I have been told. It has been a mess all around, this doesn't dictate the quality or customer service of lake villa. I have been waiting to move in for well over a month+, I am lucky to have a place to stay until then, unlike other. I'm not mad just bummed. June 14, 2022If I could give 0 stars I would. Lying is the biggest pet peeve of mine and this complex is fluent in it. You’ll be approved, shell out your money and then never get to move in. Instead of actually giving you reasons they’ll make up some or just completely ignore your emails and phone calls. I’m almost certain they block numbers at this point.Review from Apartments.com
