May 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comGood afternoon everyone, I would like to leave a review about the management and the complex overall. The new management, especially Cynthia, is unfortunately very rude and, in my opinion, not competent when it comes to managing the property. Problems with the apartments and appliances are either ignored or take a very long time to be resolved. However, they seem to have no problem speaking to residents disrespectfully. It’s really disappointing that the previous management was replaced, because ...the attitude toward residents used to be much better. We have lived here for 2 years, but unfortunately we will also be moving out, just like many of our friends from this complex who have already left. January 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI love living here! After viewing a ton of apartments the front desk staff here really stand out. They are always so nice and helpful. If I put in a maintenance request it gets fixed that day or by the next. This complex is pretty quiet which I enjoy. I always feel safe even at night. You can also see the Disney fireworks at night sometimes. I am always able to find parking.Property Manager Responded

A convex mirror showing drivers what?s around the corner is needed badly. People stop to unload in front of building one and I?ve almost ran into them several times. Please mount a mirror on the pole by the compactor!
