August 7, 2025Really love living in Lake in the Woods so far! It’s quiet and everyone’s friendly! We had quite a few maintenance requests we had to put in but once they got to our apartment they fixed everything at the same time. Parking is not great. One assigned space per apartment unit and not enough open parking spots for others who pay to live and park there without having to walk a mile to get home. Maybe have guest parking or visitor parking in the front by the entranceways to help a bit with ...that? Other than that i enjoy living in Lake in the Woods. Toilet Trouble
July 30, 2025Maintenance man Calvin came to my rescue and fixed and updated the hardware on my toilet and even tightened up my toilet seat which I had been unable to fix on my own due to my disability, so big thanks to him for helping with that as well.Property Manager Responded
