We are happy
February 28, 2025Over the past five years, we have rented three different apartments in different areas of Orlando. This one is the best. The infrastructure is great, and it’s nice to walk around in the evening because the streets are well-lit. There are a lot of kids in the complex, and in the evenings, they ride bikes and scooters. The most important thing here is the excellent management. The team does a great job keeping the complex clean and well-maintained. We are happy to live here.Property Manager Responded

Calm Neighborhood
February 28, 2025We have lived for about 6 months and even though rent is high compared to the area it is reasonable, trust me I looked for a long time. The apartment is exactly what you see, and I actually pay less for my power in a 3 bedroom verses my 2 bedroom at a different complex. Maintenance is always quick. And a ton of active people will make you want to follow suite. And all of the lady’s in the office are great :)Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment Complex in Sanford
February 27, 2025Lakes edge apartments is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is amazing. The tenants are kind and respectful. This community also puts a lot of money into the complex itself, high maintenance and well kept all year round. Fabulous place to live at and great location
February 27, 2025I have been living at Lake Edge Apts for over 5 years, I have many compliments and commends Lake Edge Apt office staff and maintenance team in doing an excellent job. (1) Attentiveness in helping residents; (2) Upgrades to the complex such as adding a bicylce garage; improvements to the pool area; added more lighting; (3) Prompt responses to maintenance requests; (4) great location to 417 and I-4, nearby stores, walking the Seminole trails, and added pickleball court to the tennis court.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful community for families
February 27, 2025My family and I absolutely love it here. The grounds are always beautifully maintained, it is peaceful and great for families. If there is any issue, it is addressed immediately. The staff is accommodating and friendly and I have recommended this community to my friends. Wonderful community!
February 26, 2025I have lived in 2 different apartments at lakes edge, a 2 and a 3 bedroom and both have been amazing! I love the privacy I have in my apartment, I have a huge screened in balcony and attached garage. The amenities here are also amazing with a beautiful renovated pool area and a pet spa and 24 hour gym that is huge! Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues that have come up and always friendly.Property Manager Responded

Overall a Solid Place to Live in Sanford
April 17, 2023The Office Staff is Professional; and Attentive. We just got a New Pool; and the Landscape is well maintained. The only negative is the neighboring Apts Residents like to cross thru the property to Rinehart Road; as a short-cut; but other than that; I would recommend living here. Worst experience with lease office (management)
December 17, 2021I wish i could give below 1 rating. You are good as long as you are not in little need of changes in the lease and you don't have to deal with management team in leasing office at the community, they are arrogant and don't care your concern even if you are stuck because of their fault. They really need to learn a customer service. Management team is not at all concerned if you are leaving the community and they treat bad. Their own team communicated wrong information but not ready to accept and ...telling we misunderstood even though giving logical conversation proof of miscommunication and events. Maintenance team is very good but management team in lakes edge Sanford Fl needs to learn how to accept their own mistakes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
