Don’t Suggest Living Here
September 13, 2023There are many issues with these apartments starting with the price for such poor quality. Walls are thin, the gate is always broken and it does not feel safe here. Renewing, they do not care about your business so I do not suggest moving here on a deal. The rooms are often extremely HOT, or muggy no matter what time of the year it is. Maintenance are great actors but do not genuinely work to fix air issue. Lastly, do not listen to these reviews on how great these apartments are. I fell for it, ...and now I’m EAGER to leave. Also, they only give your renewal 1 week before your 60 days. Meaning, you don’t have time to think about it. Good luck if you want to come here, wish someone would’ve warned me.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2023I do not recommend people to live here! 1. This place was designed terribly! There is not enough parking. We often come home late after work, and there is nowhere to park that is anywhere close to where we live. At night, I hate having my family walk a long distance to get home, especially when my wife is coming home alone with our daughter. 2. The gates are almost always broken, which means anyone can come in at any time. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was because it was ...gated, and if the gate is always broken, what is the point? 3. They are trying to force people into paying for parking spaces, or towing people's cars, when it is there fault that the place was designed this way. Also, the new rule about visitors not being able to park within the complex is ridiculous. They are expected to walk all the way from the front of the complex (there is not enough parking up there either to accommodate guest parking...) to come to our apartment for the evening? 4. Some of the people who work here at the front office come across as very rude.Thus far, the company has never taken ownership for things that go wrong (like parking). They have blamed it on the residents and we have to pay the price for consequences of poor planning and often poor management. As a hospitality industry, management should always take the perspective of "the customer is always right." This is the most frustrating and distressing part of living here. 5. We pay way too much for this place for how it was designed. Things are cheaply done. 6. When you try to reach out to the management they do not return your messages. All the issues addressed are being resolved (or at least taken the effort to resolve them) immediately.
