June 2, 2021Like the name says On The Lake. Getting to teleworking from home has taken on a whole new level of efficiency. I can get a paddle in during my lunch break and work at my tan while on a conference call. The 1Bdrm unit has an efficient floor plan with the balcony working like an extension of the space. There are a few quirky modifications to work around like in any older apartment building but the wood floors and great euro efficiency w/d make up for it. So far Ive experienced respectful ...neighbors and a super dog positive environment. Very happy here and plan to renew lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I checked back over the years but there were no vacancies. I sold my condo to move back to Seattle and finally there was a vacancy, on the water, and I am thrilled.Property Manager Responded
