November 22, 2025Sewer back up Had a sewer back up for the 5th time wasnt offered carpet cleaning the closet door doesnt open now wasn't offered anything off my rent for the inconvenience of this problem constantly happening the guy who replaced the water heater was the only positive experience. No one has reached out to fix the door and i have put another maintenence request in. Poor staff!!!!Property Manager Responded
