Located in Carol Stream, Illinois, Lakehaven Apartments is an apartment community adjacent to Mitchell Lakes Park and walking distance to the newly renovated Carol Stream Library. All the large one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature washers and dryers and a private balcony or patio. November 22, 2025Sewer back up Had a sewer back up for the 5th time wasnt offered carpet cleaning the closet door doesnt open now wasn't offered anything off my rent for the inconvenience of this problem constantly happening the guy who replaced the water heater was the only positive experience.
