About Lakehaven Apartments
Located in Carol Stream, Illinois, Lakehaven Apartments is an apartment community adjacent to Mitchell Lakes Park and walking distance to the newly renovated Carol Stream Library. All the large one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature washers and dryers and a private balcony or patio. The renovated homes also feature kitchens with beautiful granite countertops, GE appliances, 42" cabinets, and wood flooring. Our renovated bathrooms feature ceramic tile, new fixtures, granite vanities and pedestal sinks. Water leak next door As always Joe is quick to respond. I reported that the water was off and that there was a puddle in the kitchen area. Turns out this was due to construction in the next door unit but has been resolved.

AC back on! The air conditioning unit in back room was not working. I called it in to Maintenance Department, they fixed it within hours, was finished when I arrived home.

Maintenance request I was sitting on my patio when I noticed a bird go into the dryer vent right under me. I saw him taking paper towels building a nest. The maintenance department came out the next day. It took care of the problem.

Maintenance I put in a maintenance request and Joe came right out very professional. He knows his business very helpful in every way. The only thing that I have a problem with is the security of the doors, even though it was fixed for today there are still people pulling it open that’s why it breaks.

Very attentive and patient I would have to say that the overall initial experience was very positive. All questions answered with patience and full explanations. No sense of rushing or lack of knowledge. I hope as an official resident in June, the customer service remains at high quality.
