October 17, 2025Dirty floors for 2 years! Cleanliness in building 10 is very very bad. There are spider webs and insects out doors in the building area. The leasing office has been told about the dirty floors for many times in the email in the last 2 years but they have not done anything to change it. 4 months back they got a guy to clean it with water but not with chemical and that did not do a good job.Property Manager Responded

Robbed
June 15, 2021Don’t rent here. Gate is almost always broken. The tires and rims were stolen off my car, which cost me 3k. Don’t risk it, in fact the partnering apartments also are not good places to rent. BEWARE !Property Manager Responded

UnSecure and Worst Maintenace
October 13, 2017I lived here for 1 year and the management/front desk service is worst, they don't respond on time for any requests and very bad part is once I vacated the apartment they charged me 1400 USD saying Kitchen stove was not cleaned properly, Refrigerator was broken (Infact the refrigerator inside has small crack from day one when I joined there, I brought the same to them with several maintenace requests, but they never fixed it), Security is worst There were numerious burglaries in the homes no ...secure at all, and Main Community entrance gate will always be open for maintenace any one can come without access code or remote, Pool is always occuppied with new people and teenagers from different places they enter community and use Pool no one monitors the same, Once the same was complained to cop and when cop come there are were around 15 teenagers ran across the community like anything making everyone in the apartments panic. Thanks God I moved out after my lease. Apart from all these lake land estates aparmtnets are very expensive.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
September 3, 2017Nice, clean, quiet, and the apartments are very spacious. I've lived here for 2 years and I haven't had any problems at all. Office staff is curtious and polite (Tamika is Great). I enjoy hanging at the pool with my kids and shooting pool in the lobby with friends. Best apartments in Stafford!!!!Property Manager Responded

worst safety
January 17, 2017I have been living here for a year, the worst apartments ever, too bad I am stuck in a contract, I will be moving out soon. There are so many robberies and burglaries in these apartments, on a average of 2-3 every month including car break ins. No camera's installed and the only one installed at the gate keeps the videos for only a day. The crew is not so polite and do not know how to communicate properly. This place is not safe at all. There is a plumbing issue with the apartments, you can ...clearly hear the bathroom being used upstairs if you are living on the first floor. September 23, 2015Pretty apartments lots of space. Wish the office staff was a little more helpful. We have had problems with bugs, the apartment had people come spray multiple times with no improvement. Bought my own supplies and spray frequently and that has helped.Review from Apartments.com
