I’ve had a great living experience at this apartment complex. The community is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The landscaping and common areas are consistently cared for, and it really shows. The management team has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The leasing agent Jayla was very professional, approachable, friendly and supportive. Jayla has great communication skills. She also took her time showing me different floor plans for the apartments that were available. After touring the property, I made Lakeland Town Square my home choice. I enjoy the quietness of living here.

Everything is really convenient, there are several excellent places to eat within walking distance. The staff has been extremely laid back and helpful whenever I've had any questions. I am really glad I was able to move into these apartments and this environment.

It’s clean, quiet, and beautiful. Giving 4 stars because I wish there was more communication about certain amenities (pool hours/on season off season, and when valet picks up) knowing these things would just be helpful.
