December 9, 2024Generally fine. There are not security cameras on the premises so when your car is backed into by your neighbors you have no idea who hit you, and ran off. They also would have been nice when the whole complex was cased and cars were broken into. Trying to get the office staff to fix any administrative issue is difficult. Additionally, they always have an attitude from the staff that was here several years ago to the new staff. The restaurants play loud music at all hours, and residents let their ...dogs off leash constantly. It is your normal apartment experience.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2023The rent for this apartment is disproportionately high considering the poor construction quality. The consistently dirty pool and stairways, coupled with frequently malfunctioning appliances, contribute to an overall unsatisfactory living experience.
