I have lived at Lakemont Ridge for two years, and my husband and I absolutely love it. Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff are incredible nice and helpful. Great location as well, as it's close grocery stores, restaurants, and an amazing dog park. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about the staff! Especially the manager Mattie she is so thoughtful and hard working. She has been so accommodating when working with us to try and find a place here in the Portland area. We are new to Oregon and she ensured we felt taken care of and safe in their hands. Can’t wait to call this place home!

Excellent After Construction!

I was one of the first to move in to LMR, and the only real knock I had against it was nothing they controlled. The surrounding neighborhood roads are very narrow (which I don't mind) but the ongoing construction nearby made it a nightmare to get around. Now that it's all completed I can highly recommend moving in as it's in a great neighborhood and has a very professional staff.

This place is clean, beautiful and safe. I love waking up to a view of the hills up in Bethany. You are close to the Bethany town center as well! The staff is friendly and responsive! I love living here.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and I love it. I moved from the east coast. LMR is a really quiet community and you can’t beat the location. It’s close to grocery stores, parks, and easy access to downtown as well!
