Antiquated condos and antiquated property management.
December 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived here for two years and enjoy the community. However, the condos themselves are quite antiquated with grout missing around thresholds with light passing through, trim poorly installed and cracks poorly patched in the ceiling. Also, the property management company uses antiquated communication techniques and allows no electronic payments of rent. Be wary of their arbitrary late fees.
