I’m a happy resident
February 3, 2026I’ve lived here for many years and plan to stay for a long time. The apartments have attached garages, and I really enjoy my lake view. The staff are always very helpful Salma at the front desk is always kind, and maintenance is excellent. Adrian always goes above and beyond. The only downside is limited guest parking, but overall I’m very happy living here.Property Manager Responded

Love Living at Lakepointe Residences!
November 14, 2024I’ve been living at Lakepointe for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The attached garages are such a nice touch—super convenient and secure. The apartments are really spacious and feel like a true home, plus the lake view is gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s also incredibly quiet here, which is a huge bonus. The staff is always friendly and quick to help, and the maintenance team is on top of things—they’re fast and reliable. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Terrible AC
September 26, 2019Biggest issue is the AC. Had we known that each building shared old, tiny AC units, we wouldn't have moved in. During July and August, our AC was consistently over 87 degrees. We bought fans and heat blocking curtains. Maintenance just kept insisting it was the "Texas heat," but the front office was always VERY cold. If the front office was as hot as the apartment units, no one would move in. Also, I know several current residents who have complained to corporate about the AC, so they are aware ...of the issue. Apparently, Lakepointe doesn't care, and why should they? You are paying the electric bill, not them! My husband and I were paying around $150 PER MONTH for electricity for our 1 bedroom apartment. Apart from constant issues with the AC, we experienced very rude management who made moving out incredibly difficult and costly. We contacted corporate for assistance, but they did not help at all. The apartments are nice and decently priced, but do not move in unless you can deal with the AC being at 87 degrees and up the entire summer.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place to live!!
March 21, 2018I have lived here for quite awhile now and I love it here, everyone is nice and friendly as well as the staff. Never once have I had a problem that was not solved right away. The parking is limited here but luckily I have a 2 car garage. Overall a pretty clean complex. I just wish pet owners would pick up after their pets.Property Manager Responded

Roaches and Ridiculous fees
September 20, 2016If I could leave zero stars - I would! We moved out and were charged over $1000 for damage from a pet and areas of the apartment that were worn over the years we lived there. Upon looking at other reviews, I take it this is their way of business as it seems like everyone gets giant bills upon moving out. There was an armed robbery in the parking lot right by my building where a pizza hut delivery driver was robbed at gun point, and we were only made aware of this security issue by a pizza hut ...employee. We had roaches on and off for months despite getting the complex to spray every week and soending $50 of our own money to treat the issue. They didn't seem to think the roaches were a big deal and actually forgot to put us on the list to be sprayed when the bugs were showing up every day. Would not recommend anyone move here. Priscilla, Sandy and Corey are very pleasant but work for a very crooked corporate company who take advantage of their tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here
September 19, 2016BEWARE of move out charges. I had a cat and in my 2 years living in my apartment, never ONCE did he make a mess inside of the unit or damage anything structurally. When I received my final statement a few weeks after I moved out, I was charged over $800 just in cleaning fees. I had lived in multiple apartments prior, many of which were newer and of a higher quality than this place, and never ever have I been charged anything close to that. It made no difference that I scrubbed most of my ...apartment, including the garage floor by hand, because I was going to be gouged anyway. July 20, 2015We live in an apartment that for 3 years my wife wanted to live in. We moved in and realized that they didnt have parking for families with more than one vehicle. When I'm home one of us has to park at target's parking lot. Not happy with NO PARKING.Review from Apartments.com
