Me and my husband did not regret staying at this community. The location is perfect as it is convenient to our basic necessities like grocery stores, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants/fast food, and even to shopping mall. The community is clean, quiet and has a nice facilities. Another thing that we love about this community are the people from the office and maintenance department. They are all friendly and approachable and easy to communicate with. The price is reasonable, the apartment ...

Good place for a first time apartment not great for a family . Loved my time there but now I am moving out.
Also very dog friendly . The only reason we are moving is to grow our family.

Parking is awful
Mail man is nice
Apartments are old and lots of insects.
Lots of black mold .
Dogs leave they waste everywhere and owners do not pick up.
Rental manager in rental assistant manager are very deceptive and they are not for the tenants.
They are very lazy, never on time, and do not repair things properly.

I love it here. I have a nice Lakeview and my neighbors don't complain about anything. We have a trash service, landscapers every week, and pest control. Very cozy and homie.

Great area to live by everything you need is close by. Maintenance is great and responsive. Rent is fairly priced. Could use permanent assigned spots for parking, sometimes you have to park far away from building you live. Landscaping service could be better they blow stuff right into your patio and gutters could be cleaned out and trimming from bushes also be raked out and picked up as well
