My review from a year age is no longer accurate. Management change is the reason. The lake is still very nice. I do not feel safe or appreciated. The management now screens their calls and and does not return your call the same day. I called to report an incident that happened over the weekend. The neighbor across from me decides to act out by opening and slamming his door for over 20 minutes. . The intention intimidation. The attempt to report the situation was serious. Unfortunately ...

I have not applied yet because my timeline for moving has changed multiple times and I am not looking to move till June anymore, but Kristen is so so helpful in answering my questions and helping me plan to move. The complex is so beautiful and the amenities are amazing to the eye. They took us on a wonderful tour and to my eye while walking around, their very small office staff is doing an AMAZING job at running the property! So far, they have been the BEST leasing staff that I have worked with.

Pros: The apartments are large and have high ceilings and a large bathroom with a dual vanity. It is in a great location near a lot of stores and restaurants. They are lower priced then any of the newer/comparable apartments in the area.
Cons: They are poorly constructed. The shared wall with the stairwell to the upstairs apartments are not insulated at all. There also seems to be a lack of insulation above the bathroom as you can generally hear entire conversation from above. The ...
manager seems to always have an excuse for everything. Snow removal is contracted out locally and is a complete joke because they find the cheapest person. Took 2 to 3 days several times over the winter to have the snow plowed out of the road the goes through the complex.

My Fianceè and I lived at the Lakes of Woodmont for several years and we have loved it. The location near several grocery stores,restaurants and exits to get on and off the turnpike and 75/475 makes it just one of the reasons we stayed so long. The manager of the complex is super easy to communicate with, along with the maintenance staff gets things done quickly.
If we have anything to complain about it would be that the cable and internet provider. You only have one option and when there was a ...
problem with cable/Internet the provider was not easy to deal with. Most of the time it was fine but when a problem did happen you wish you could switch providers but you can't at Lakes at Woodmont.
The only other problem would be that the pool isn't heated and so it takes nearly all summer for the pool to heat up and then it closes!
Overall not a lot to complain about Great place to live!
