I lived here in 2022 and they sold my information to a collections company for a bill they never informed me of. Management is terrible and because of that this complex should be avoided at all costs.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to assure you that resident information is never “sold.” Like most apartment communities, we use a third-party agency to manage unpaid balances after move-out. Recently, we transitioned to a new collections company because the prior agency was not handling accounts effectively. When the new company began working through files, they contacted some past residents, including older accounts that had not been pursued in a timely way.
We understand this may have been frustrating and felt unexpected, and we regret the experience. Our intent was to ensure accounts were managed consistently and correctly, not to cause unnecessary stress.
