August 18, 2025terrible management, cockroaches from giant to small, rats, dirty bathtub that leaks and nobody wanted to come fix it, not a safe place to live at all, crime happening all over the complex. bad place overall they should completely change the name of the apartments and management and start over.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024I’ve been here for 3 years and all I can say is exhaust ALL of your options before settling to rent here. Management is CONSTANTLY changing hands and always losing paperwork. And forget about their work order submittal system. I’ve resorted to just writing them emails, because getting them on the phone or even for emergencies after hours, is nearly impossible. So in the three years here - rent just keeps getting raised, and yet they’ve dragged their feet on fixing anything. The gym is non ...usable, the pools are dirty a day or two after they are open and then remain dirty for WEEKS if not the rest of summer. Move in day 3 years ago: I never got to see the actual physical unit before moving in, so imagine my surprise on move in day that there was barely room in there. The AC WAS NOT WORKING, and it was summer when I moved in. The place was NOT move in ready like they claimed even though they delayed my move in date claiming they were in the process of getting it ready. HA. It was infested with roaches, outlets had wires loose, holes in the walls, broken blinds, filthy bathrooms, bathroom mirrors that were on the verge of falling off, a fridge that took almost a year to get replaced because it smelled like fish and the ice maker wasn’t working. ONE YEAR folks. My AC unit. It took them TWO years to finally listen to me when I said it wasn’t cooling. I had blackout curtains; I had fans in every room, doors closed and they still wouldn’t do anything. It wasn’t until one middle of the summer night when my apartment was near 90° when they FINALLY decided to bring in window units. It took them MONTHS to replace the ac unit outside - my electricity bill was over $200 and not a care in the world was given. It took them over a year to replace the hanging condenser unit cover that was over the guest bathroom tub. A YEAR folks: I wish I was making this up. So ALL MY THREE kids were using my bathroom for a year. For three years, the same pipes keep breaking in our buildings so we’re left without hot water or water at all multiple times throughout the year. They refuse to do anything long term. It’s my third summer here and right before writing this review; I literally just wrote them an email, AND submitted a work order for my yet again not working ac. Oh and best part? This is the SECOND time this year that I’ve had my ac go out. Save your money folks seriously. There ARE better options within the same rental price bracket.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 21, 2018I would like a phone call first thing in the morning. I moved in May 1st and turned in the notice about the bugs where there is a gap in my baseboard in the bathroom is on May 2nd I have called numerous times checking to see when this would be fixed. I am scheduled for pest control to spray tomorrow and was told this would be fixed before then so that I would not have multiple bugs coming out of these holes. (firday they had a lot of “emergency calls” so was told it would be done by today.. ...3weeks later). I have found spiders, water bugs and roaches coming from these holes. It has now been 3 weeks and no sign of anyone coming to fix this anytime soon. I have toilet paper between my baseboards and floors to try to prevent as many bugs as possible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
