0/10. Hands down the worst apartment we ever lived in. The day we moved in we had no AC, no hot water, and half of our outlets didn’t work. Plus the layout of the apartment was not what we were told we’d be getting. We were supposed to have a whole laundry room and we did not. Took them a few days to get the AC fixed in JULY. plus our dishwasher was not screwed in and they never came and fixed that ever. It fell out of the counter constantly.

bathroom collapsed. Like a giant gaping hole. It should’ve been a day or two max to fix it and the person they had fix it was just unprofessional and did not know what he was doing. It took him like 5 days to drywall the ceiling… that is not a 5 day job. It looked like crap when it was finished.
Fast forward a few months and our upstairs neighbor shot and killed someone 20 feet from us. Nobody offered to lower our rent after my balcony had crime scene tape on it. Nobody offered us and type of support.
This place is ran down, management is iffy, maintenance is iffy, and the complex is not safe. Cars get broken into or stolen constantly. There has been multiple shots fired and then a murder 20 feet away from me. Awful. For the insane rent prices this place is not worth it
