December 28, 2017I have lived here for over 7 years and I can't wait to move. Management sucks they don't fix nothing. Hallways always smell like marihuana and people are always smoking in the hallways which in my opinion is a fire hazard.. Buildings are always dirty neighborhood is bad. And the manager Karen sucks she dosent care at all about the residents. I think Rowland enterprise needs to come and check this property because it's very clear they don't know what is going on. They charge 20 dollars for ...criminal backgrounds and u always see people with there ankle bracelets. The cops are always there!!! I can't to move next week!! Management sucks
October 19, 2016I use to live there for two/three years i was always on time for rent over paid in rent and she tryed to say rent was late a month had all my receipts but she lost some and tried to say i was behind in rent i was not behind at all!!!Review from Apartments.com
