Renters Reviews and Ratings
Fees for everything and management is worthless
June 22, 2022DON'T RENT HERE!!! Management charges fees for anything and everything, including parking spots,(including the apartments that have no garages and therefore no where else to park!). They'll hike your rent up asap, ours more than doubled in 2 years. They do nothing about problem neighbors even when police get called repeatedly. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing, trash is often on the ground. Dogs poop wherever, very few pickup. No recycling and you pay ALL utilities. Outside water usage is not ...allowed. Units have little storage and little insulation. Repairs take forever. People are constantly moving out after a year because of how bad it is here. No joke, there's even a Facebook page for residents devoted to complaining about things here. It looks decent and is a beautiful spot but don't do it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
