Poor maintenance, zero urgency, unsafe conditions, and a leasing office that disappears when it matters. I wouldn’t recommend Lakeside121 to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the one-month free move-in deal. Once you sign, you’re locked into a 12-month lease with no way out unless you pay the remaining months.—and leasing agent never mention this upfront. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive. It took over five months to resolve basic issues. For most of my stay, I dealt with a faulty stove, broken ...

dishwasher, and leaks. Water entered my unit twice, and a restroom roof leak was never fixed despite repeated complaints. Emergency support? Non-existent. During repeated fire alarm malfunctions in Building 3, the emergency number went unanswered—we had to call 911 ourselves. The leasing office never responded after-hours. I also had to deal with pests—roaches at first, then multiple lizards darting inside every time I opened the door. The response? "Keep your windows and doors shut." That’s not a solution.

I have been living at Lakeside 121 for 9 months, and it has been an incredible experience. The community is beautifully maintained, dog wash for my dog, and it even has a car wash! The ladies are always responsive and so kind since day 1. The location is perfect, I'm able to jump on 121 to go to work easily. I highly recommend Lakeside 121 to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Where do I start is the question, it's do many great amenities to choose from you just can't name them all in one sitting. To sum this up, I'd start with the management and staffing. It's not one day that I've came into the office and didn't feel welcomed and at home. Ms. Debbie is the best and the first person to greet me every time, Ms. Victoria has always went above and beyond for what services I needed including prayed for my home personally. I thank everyone for the upkeep of the property ...

and making my transition into moving at ease. I highly recommend this location plus you don't have to go far to stores and entertainment.
