Been living here for a little over three weeks. The amenities, the staff, and the area have been nice. Although I don't know, maybe I just got unlucky, but my apartment's been nothing but issues. First, the heating in our apartment was not working well, which they thankfully fixed right away and addressed smaller issues. Although the smoke dector to our place is VERY SENSITIVE. I could be cooking food normally, and boom, early morning, or later in the afternoon, the smoke detector goes off. It's ...

getting to the point that every time I cook, I have to have a step stool ready to run to the smoke detector to click the button to disarm it. Which have been so annoying. They have checked on it twice so far and even put in new ones. But the same issue. The only positive is that the maintenance staff always comes asap when requested. But that smoke detector just seems like I got unlucky with. Other than that, I've been liking it despite it all.

Thank you so much Lakeside Apartment staff, for providing a very enjoyable and productive afternoon. We were able to get all of our presents wrapped with beautiful paper, bags, or boxes and now galore. We caught up with our neighbor’s lives, enjoyed each other’s company, and went home with beautifully decorated hats. This event is one of my favorite holiday traditions.

It has only been less than a week and i am absolutely loving living here. Amazing coffee bar(all kinds of fancy coffee drinks freely offered at two main offices), fabulous 24 hour gym and work out studio with peloton bikes, free exercise class on Saturday and amazing dog park. The whole apartment complex is so clean and everyone here seems so friendly! I also wanted a safe place and it has felt safe to walk with my dogs in the apartment complex after dark Love it here so far!!

I had an excellent experience with Jordan, the leasing consultant. He was respectful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the amenities at this complex. The upgraded appliances are beautiful. The entire community is beautiful! I'm sure I will love it here.
