Not worth the time and effort
May 27, 2025Property management will outright ignore most complaints unless you go out of your way to contact them 5 or more times, the service from the office is terrible, and it's clear they don't care about their tenants. Sure, the units look nice, but they have a variety of issues such as half-functional kitchen appliances, sagging and cracked ceilings, paper-thin walls and floors, and some serious bug issues if you're on the lower floors. I don't recommend renting here, they will just bleed you of your ...money and energy over the long run.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
November 11, 2024I should’ve read the reviews before I applied. Absolutely terrible management and leasing consultants. They never answer their phones. They literally lied to me before I start my application, And came up with so many excuses after I paid the application fee. They denied the things they told me and denied my application as well, i end up paying $200 for nothing and wasting my time talking to them and traveling back and forth between my home and their office since they have “an issue” with their ...phone system for the whole 2 weeks. Not recommended to rent at all.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management

Marijuana Smoking Problem
August 26, 2023Marijuana smoking is a huge problem here . We have been residents for the past 6 years .Back then, complaints were addressed swiftly.But now, despite numerous emails , complaints to even the district manager , seem to just have been swept under the rug. No follow up from management and they seem to fear confronting residents regarding the issue.I have even brought the leasing agents to sniff around ,but of course the offenders smoke in the middle of the night or the agents just don’t smell it .... Recently , they have become emboldened and smoke during office hours as if to dare to be caught . It has been so bad that my husband who needs to use a CPAP machine at night , has smelled it through his mask and has stunk up our bedroom closet . I’m beyond livid . It stated CLEARLY in the lease no smoking , but it doesn’t stop it . Because sadly , unlike some other property managers , they do not do spot inspections or crackdown on this problem . Their excuse is I have to literally have video or photos catching them in the act. Not the dank smell. So if you enjoy smoking weed without consequence , despite what the lease says or love the smell ( there’s one unit we were shown that smelled so bad of weed, that it hits you in the face , that’s available ), this is the place for you .Property Manager Responded

Place is a dump!
March 12, 2022Do NOT rent here. These are not luxury apartments. The common areas never get cleaned. Dumpsters are always overflowing. Cigarette butts all over the grass. Gutter drains not bolted down and swing in the wind pounding against the building and flowing right into the foundation. It took the maintenance staff over 24 hours to fix the heat.."sorry I forgot and was busy doing something else". The office manager is a piece of work. And the corporate office doesn't follow up. Raise the rent for ...what? To remodel the club house instead of cleaning up the property!?Property Manager Responded

Just no
February 15, 2022If you like getting your car towed this is the place! We pay for parking yet my car was towed. My sticker fell near the cup holder area and my car was towed due to this. I was informed the pictures were too dark to tell if the sticker was there or not by one employee and told by another that the pictures are clear. Had to call on 3 separate occasions just to get told they can’t do anything for me.Property Manager Responded

TRAIN your staff and be HONEST
May 28, 2021This property is a joke. The young man who works here is RUDE and has absolutely NO customer service skills, tries to make you seem like an idiot. On top of that they are not honestly at all whatsoever!!!! They will tour you a unit, telling you your unit will look EXACTLY like this except when you move in the finishes will not be the same, nor the flooring. Lastly, this management company likes to argue “ethical standards” with their residents and believes that DEAD BUGS, filth and hair on the ...toilet seat is “clean” Rent here at your own risk, you have been warned!!!Property Manager Responded

Answer the phone!
May 28, 2021You would think a property of this size would properly train their employees to answer the phone during a busy time, explain they have a client in their office, offer to take their name and number and call back within 30 mins. But NO!! They do not answer the phone at all, be prepared to walk down to the leasing office every time you need something. ALSO please train your employees that it is common curtesy to check and respond to emails at least 3 times during your shift. There is no excuse for ...emails that go unanswered for weeks other than firing your employee for insubordination.Property Manager Responded

Rude and incompetent staff
May 20, 2021I have lived here just a month and have had nothing but poor interactions with the staff. The leasing agent gave me incorrect information upon move in on multiple important items such as guest parking and laundry. I have had a car towed for not being given the correct information and then instead of helping me solve the problem he instead said there was NO way he’s ever made a mistake and implied I was stupid. We have a young baby walking around outside in grass filled with glass which I have ...complained about multiple times and have not had it taken care of.
