Great place to live!
September 3, 2019Moved here in May of 2019 and have switched property managers since then but despite that it's a very great place to live. Everyone is quiet and haven't had any complaints. Maintenance gets here quick and is very nice and the newest property manager Rachel is very kind and approachable! Medical Lake is a very safe town to live in and is very close to Spokane and Airway Heights so whatever isn't in Medical Lake it's very close by. Love this place!
April 17, 2017This is the best rental experience my wife and I have ever had. The units are clean and spacious. The neighbors are polite and courteous and it is so peaceful. The property is kept exquisite and is such a pleasure to live in a place where there is pride taken in the property and it's residents. The Manager is very engaged with the tenants and the needs of the property. The manager does an amazing Job with keeping the tenants informed and comfortable and the property at its best. I do not think ...we've had the pleasure of having a manager that works this hard to organize events, keep us informed and ensure that things stay peaceful.
