Overpriced and lacks maintenance
December 9, 2025Building is old, apartments are small, the lighting is not adequate and I had to buy lights. Gym has not been maintained and there is equipment missing and somehow prices are still up. The apartment would be decent if the prices were more reasonable, because for the same price you can get a bigger and newer apartment with better utilities.Review from Apartments.com

Poor Service, cheaply built.
February 26, 2022I have lived here for two years and rent has gone up 4 times more that 400 dollars a month. Air Conditioning unit has broken down 5 times while fitness center is closed periodically without any explanation. There is no drop box for rent to be paid so tenants are forced to pay online at an additional 50 dollars. Advertised prices are not accurate or correct. There are many hidden fees that are not advertised. Construction of units are cheap with thin walls and poor appliances. The refrigerator in ...my unit the food and the ice maker never worked. I advised staff of this and problem was never fixed.Property Manager Responded

Lakeside Apartments
November 23, 2020I have been here almost 9 months and I must say I am very impressed with the management and maintenance crew. The office is very attenuative to its residents and I have never once had a maintenance request go longer than 3 days for routine and usually same or next day for emergency work. Dog park, bb court, athletic facilities and lakeside (of course). Also quite a few of the apartments have been renovated and look great.Review from Apartments.com
Lakeside Apartments
July 27, 2015I moved into Lakeside Apartments about 7 months ago. I rate this place at a 3 because like most Apartments, there are the pros and the cons. To start on a positive note, the apartments are nice for the price. Very clean neighborhood style, friendly staff that are helpful and it feels like a "homey" type of place. They have a beautiful pool open at very convenient hours, as well as a pretty well equipped gym with 24 hour access. Neighbors are also very friendly and the amount of kids that live ...here make it a very comfortable and safe environment. Now, all of this is great but every apartment has it downside. The apartments themselves are all white. Including carpets, walls, doors. This can be very inconvenient when it comes to keeping the house clean, especially the carpet. It rains a lot here which causes mud. White carpets and mud do not mix well. Second, there is no washer and dryer in the unit. They do provide them at a central location on the premises, but most of the time half of the machines are broken and don't get fixed in a timely manner. The pool is not always kept to its best condition as far as cleaning goes. For a 2/2 apartment I feel as though this place is a good starter apartment to get your feet wet, but definitely not somewhere I could see myself staying for more than a year, which is why I only gave it 3 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wow!
August 14, 2015I lived in this community with a friend, and it is one of the best. It's very peaceful, tranquil and the tenants are very neat and nice. The staff is always friendly and willing to help! You, almost in any situation. If they cannot offer help! They will find resources to guide you in the right direction. In addition, the community offer so many amenities, you do not need to go anywhere else. The grounds offer a nice day and evening walking paths, with a bridge over looking the lake and pool. The ...gym time is extended and available late hours, plenty of parking for tenants and guest. If you are looking for a great location, community and a peaceful!
