It’s not the worst community. The pool is taking forever to get done. The walls are pretty thin. The anmeties are nice but usually having work done on them. Parking has gotten worse. The apartment is pretty spacious though.

Pool not ready, dog and geese mess everywhere. Parking is horrible, cars are parked in spots for days and not moved. Also bugs! Property is overall nice!

Maintenance and office personnel are keeping the property looking good. New outdoor furniture and grill parts along with picnic tables that are very nice and fit in perfect with the area. The new Maintenance person is a great hire and addition to the service dept. I am completely satisfied with the Staff meeting the needs of the Tenants and property management. This is the place to be.

I’m feeling so happy and excited! ?? This community is absolutely beautiful, and everyone has been so warm, kind, and welcoming since I arrived. I had a real great experience. This is the first time I’ve moved and everybody was so nice and welcomed me with open arms. I’ve never experienced that and it was a great feeling. The staff is wonderful even though I moved in a day earlier then I should had they still came through for me. thank you so much.
