New outdoor furniture and grill parts along with picnic tables that are very nice and fit in perfect with the area. The new Maintenance person is a great hire and addition to the service dept. It really makes such a big difference when you feel comfortable and accepted in a new place. The atmosphere feels peaceful, friendly, and positive, which already makes me feel more at home. I also have to say how much I love my apartment it’s even bigger and nicer than I expected!
