December 22, 2025So far, my experience has been very positive. Maintenance is fast, responsive, and does a great job every time I’ve needed assistance. The grounds and outside areas are consistently clean and well maintained, which really shows the effort the staff puts in. Overall, the community feels well cared for, and it’s been a comfortable place to live. December 22, 2025One of the reasons I chose Lakeside is because the pool was advertised as being open March through October and being heated. That was not the case. Also, while the apartments are beautiful, they are not great quality.Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2025Overall, I really love lakeside gardens. The mail room liaison was much needed because the mailroom situation was really the worst thing about this apartment community! So thank you for that! My only other bit of feedback is the doggy dooty trash cans are sitting right at the entrance to bldg 3 and it smells HORRIBLE!! (Especially in the summer) Why not put it in a spot away from where EVERYONE walks in??Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025Overall my experience has been great but there have been a couple of things that could have gone better. Like a service order I put in for my door to be resealed because I can see a lot of light coming through and feel the air. They resealed the seal and it made the gap WORSE. I was told they would have to consider reframing my entire doorway and would be in touch but I never heard back from them. I ended up buying the stuff and resealing my door myself and it seems to have fixed this issue for ...the most part.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025I have really loved it here. The only draw backs have been kid neighbors and a slight lack of safety. Otherwise, everything is great.
