March 17, 2026While I understand the enforcement of parking rules, there are more urgent issues that need attention. The property is poorly maintained, with trash, broken trees, and unkept landscaping. The pool area is in terrible condition, with reports of rodents, very dirty bathrooms, and broken walls. The tennis court has no net and has been unusable for over a year, despite requests and promises to replace it. Amenities here do not meet basic standards. These areas should be secured, with access limited ...to residents only by key or card. Other communities offer features like EV charging stations, even if paid, showing better organization. February 19, 2026Neighborhood needs work, landscaping and especially parking lot needs to be paved. Kids in the neighborhood definitely need a playground and would be nice to have a few picnic tables in different sections of the neighborhood. February 19, 2026almost everything is perfect! the apartment itself is great, my experience with maintenance and speaking with the office has also but great. only complaint is rowdy neighbors. screaming and drifting in and out of the parking lot/speeding through is a daily occurrence. even though they throw trash everywhere, i am impressed when how well the complex maintenance picks everything up!Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2025Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great but it’s a large complex with many units so they are slow. The property itself is well maintained and a very quiet and peaceful area minus the planes from the nearby airport. Nice little walking trail, well kept and clean pool area. My biggest complaint would be the lack of a playground for children. Having a feral thee yr old myself; this would have been awesome to haveProperty Manager Responded
