November 21, 2025My move-in experience at this apartment community was amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment itself is nicely updated, and overall I’ve been very happy with the environment here. However, I do have one concern. The leasing office misplaced the money orders I submitted for my security deposit. I’m not sure how something that was placed directly in a folder with my signed documents could be lost, and I still don’t know the final outcome. This ...has been extremely frustrating to deal with a month after moving in. Going forward, I strongly recommend allowing security deposits to be paid online. This would prevent issues like this and provide a much more secure and convenient process for residents.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2025Convenient location. I have lived here about a month and do not yet have a comprehensive review. One noticeable fact is that the pool is closed on days thats it woukd seem more people would enjoy it - like Sundays (and maybe Mondays).Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2025Horrible moving experience. Moved in with a day notice because they said an apartment was ready. Moved into a dirty, bug infested apartment with broken parts everywhere. Don't understand why you would tell anyone an apartment is available if unclean. When I asked, I was dismissively told it was because of the next-day move-in fee, but I still do not understand why any leasing office would say a unit is available if it is literally still full of remnants of the previous tenant's unhygienic ...practices. Sent maintenance request for everything a few days after moving in and it has been a full month of me living in a dirty apartment with no changes. There are food bits and dead gnats in my fridge and dishwasher, the second of which I still cannot use due to hygiene. My toilet paper holder and laundry room door are broken. The quality of life I've had for an entire MONTH that I paid full rent for has been absolutely dismal. I probably won't get any refunds for this, and the fact that I have to pay in full for a month of living in a unclean, bug-filled, half-broken apartment has been horribly frustrating.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025There has been water as you enter Bldg 8 The steps are fallen apart. Need new steps. Sometimes the hallway is not cleaned.The parking lot is very unclean. What happened to drawing the parking lot lines.Property Manager Responded

We understand and want to assure you that we are currently in the process of repairing the water main, which has contributed to the water near Building 8. Thank you for bringing the steps to our attention, we will have our maintenance team assess and address the issue promptly.
