Unreal moving out charges

Well kept grounds, but the apartments are small, and they charge ridiculously at move out. The fees were a large amount more than the maximum deep cleanings are ever quoted for a 4 bedroom (and I was in a 2 bed, 2 bath). On top of that the bookkeeper accidentally charged my roommate and me double their normal fees and then tried to dispute it on a couple phone calls/emails.

Personally I've never had a problem with Lakeside. My biggest hobby has always been gaming, so Internet is one of the most important qualities for an apartment complex. Lakeside easily sported the best internet. I know for a fact this is the case as everywhere else my other friends were gaming, they'd always disconnect randomly or have multiple day outages. I never had these problems here. Not to mention the speed is more than satisfactory.
All the other facilities were great when I went to ...
them. The gym, pool, and using the bus to shuttle to and fro campus. Plus staff are great at communicating. Highly recommend.
