This is a good community to live in. Although the rent payments keep going up, it's still very comfortable. I believe that if Lakeside Terrace's commits to a set standard price with their annual rental leases they would have more long-term residents.

Overall this is a great complex, I love my unit and the view of the lake, love being surrounded by everything I need in the community. I work from home so being comfortable in my home is of major importance. Currently dealing with an issue that is robbing me of that comfort, hoping the problem is solved soon!

The maintenance department has improved significantly since I started living here two years ago. I also like how they make an effort to get everyone together who lives in the community by having local restaurants have a truck come here at least once a month.

So far I am happy living here. If there is a maintenance issue, its been addressed quickly. I seem to have a lot of spiders/bugs that make their way into my unit, however. Does the complex spray outside for bugs?

I've been here for a while now, and I just love the activities they have for the residence. You will not find anything like Lakeside Terrace. I don't have anything to worry about being here. We all are like family here. We look out for one another. I had deliveries sent to the wrong addresses, and the residents either take it to the office or they will bring it to my home.

We finally got our unit, but it was a lengthy process due to lack of communication from the office management. They need to be more in contact and clearer when filing the application process.
