June 24, 2024Overall lakeside urban center is a nice quiet place to live. When moving in I was told the apartment would be painted however it was not and the room was very dusty. However, after cleaning the apartment it is now a comfy and nice place to live. Great areas to walk too.Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2024Property is not upkept. Residential hallways are filthy & stained. Gym is never cleaned or stocked with cold towels. Stairways are frequently cluttered with trash, leading to fall risks. Poor maid service that doesn't fulfill its responsibilities. I've even noticed maids dumping residents' garbage bags directly in front of their doors, obstructing egress routes, in some kind of petty and vindictive spirit. Many of the stairway door handles are broken and have been so for a year or longer. The ...pools and elevators are PERPETUALLY down for maintenance. Insects in the hallways. Since this new management team rotated in, respect for residents has gone way down and the maintenance of the property has declined substantially. For what is paid and the competing properties, HORRIBLE value. Stay away!Property Manager Responded
