When I expressed my concerns to the office manager and the employees they couldn’t care less about if I found it . Even after expressing it was over 250$ worth of merchandise and I couldn’t get my money back because it was saying it was already delivered here . They pretended like they were going to look and never did . Then lied to ...me and said they couldn’t find it when they didn’t even try. Luckily after contacting the company that owns the boxes and explaining to them a few times about my dilemma they went out of their way to help me find it . This problem could’ve been easily resolved by the office if they actually cared but it’s obvious they did not . This just shows how much they couldn’t care less about the issues we have they just don’t want to have to do anything.Read More

Front office is always polite and answers calls which in the apartment world is AMAZING! Maintenance is out same day or next day and ALWAYS fixes the problem and If they don't their right back out. No wait time. Family and dog friendly no matter the breed of dog. We feel safe and welcomed here. Definitely recommend.Property Manager Responded
