This has been a wonderful place to live, for me and my children, due to the wonderful staff, very minimal issues, and with all the amenities they have to offer, me or my children can always find something fun to do. June 13, 2025These are basic apartments not luxury. The best part of lakeside is that the gate works, the square footage is decent, and the people keep to themselves. The package room is an inconvenience especially for those that live on floors greater than the 1st floor. Most people prefer packages delivered to their door, not having to find someone to haul packages up flights of stairs. The package room should be optional not mandatory. The stairs and breezeways are never cleaned. Bugs and wasp nests ...congregate there. They don't clean nor power wash the exterior doors and breezeways. The maintaince crew isn't completing tasks as efficiently as they did before. It's very disappointing if things don't change I fear lakeside will become like whisperhood.Property Manager Responded
