No one answers the phone
December 28, 2023I have tried multiple times over the past few months to reach someone in the leasing office to schedule a tour as I am interesting in the place. However, I have never once been able to reach anyone. I am tempted to just show up to their office to ask in person. However, it might be a red flag that they are not reachable at all!Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2022i moved here last year while the old management was still in charge. they were great. helpful, friendly and accessible. in June this year new management came on board. they are none of the above. the grounds don't look as nice as they did before they arrived. no one is ever in the office, no one answers the phone, don't think they have a maintenance staff in place. i had it all figured out, was going to renew my lease in a heart beat, now though.....i'm not so sure.Review from Apartments.com
