  • WORSE APARTMENT EVER

    The office staff if very rude. The apartments have roaches and water damage. Nasty community that's not kept up. Gate is ALWAYS BROKEN! NOTHING IS LUXURY ABOUT THIS PLACE! They charge an arm and leg for nothing. They charge for everything and always want their money but never fix anything. They always come inside and out your apartment without your permission wanting to look around at what they can charge for next. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WORSE COMPLEX EVER!

  • Horrible

    This use to be a decent place to live, now it’s just horrible there’s a 1000 kids that leaves trash all over the complex. They hired a new maintenance guy that is not interested in doing any work besides eating and chilling on the clock, he has no clue on what he’s doing. Personal in the front office is lazy they don’t ride around to do a once over of the complex to identify an visible issues . Save yourself the headache it’s not worth what they asking!!!!

  • A great place to live.

    I have been a resident here for about 4 years. The new staff in the office are the best. They are always ready to help whenever I call. They make sure the property stay clean and in order. When I have a maintenance problem it is fixed right away. I hope these young ladies are here to stay.

    Staff is unprofessional and unreachable, rent has gone up ever year while the condition of the compLexus continues to deteriorate. Pool was closed all last year and is still closed this year. Trash is always overflowing.

  • Better Than Most Of the Complexes

    I've lived here going on 4 years. I have never had a problem here. Just as in any rental situation things are going to happen but the response time is quite quick for the problems. The gate has been an issue off and on this past year, but whenever there is a problem management is on it and it's fixed as soon as possible. The waterbugs are an issue if on first floor when there is a lot of rain and near the lake but there is also pest control that will come any and every Monday as long as you ...

    When I first picked my apartment complex ,the attraction for me was the water fall.It have been about a few months since t it's function. The gates have not worked in about three weeks,and the trash compactor is always in an overflow. I live on the bottom floor and I always have to deal with real big water bugs!!!!In all that I've been here for little over a year and find my self in a tuff spot some times not being able to pau my rent and winning free rent for a year or even moving in to a ...

    I absolutely LOVE it here! The office staff is very friendly. It is peaceful and quiet. Maintenance request are handled quickly and the grounds are always so beautiful! The lake is such a wonderful added perk as it provides such a great view! I would recommend this property to anyone!!!!!!
