Very old Complex
January 13, 2025I lived in this complex for 2 years in 2 different units, the first unit had mold issues in the A/C closet and leaking ceiling in the bathroom, all kinds of critters inside, they moved me to a different unit and had a ceiling leak in the living room and they just painted over the stain and the stain got worse so they painted it again, ants were living in the walls as well as termites, don't let the face lift of appliances and granite countertops fool you the complex is over 50 years old and full ...of mold my A/C vents turned black from mold. This place needs to be condemned, I spoke with all the neighbors and they all spoke about having mold, leaks and roaches in their apartments, the laundry center was full of fleas and homeless people would go in there to steal clothes and wonder around the property at night. November 28, 2024This complex is a whole nightmare! the management here sucks for 1, it is hard to get orders in the apartment fixed. Recently got an order I have put in since July just fixed in october, my apartment floods extremely bad due to the poor construction of the building, it took them months to care and fix my apartment. Red ants are a huge problem, you have to pay for laundry here if you dont have the in unit ones. They mainly care about the leasing office and pool. The Complex is unresponsive
September 3, 2024My son and I have had no luck with the management of this complex returning calls due to issues with the apartment. There is a phorid fly infestation and the complex is charging for complex utilities that are not part of the lease agreement. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPLEX!!!Review from Apartments.com
Rent at your own risk!
August 9, 2024Management has changed 4 times in the past four years. There has been soo much inconsistency, lack of up keep on the premises, customer service, and a slow moving maintenance staff.. After the last major hurricane the place went to hell. Since we live off the lake we had major water damage in a lot of the apartments that has still not been addressed. People have mold and Pest issues. The laundry rooms are a mess. Tenants don't pick-up after their animals. Management has done nothing to address ...it. Maintenance does a decent job when they finally come. There are only 2 or 3 maintenance staff for the whole property so it takes 2-3weeks to get anything fixed. Stay Away
December 23, 2023This place is getting worse and worse. It sucks because it used to be so nice. Multiple appliances breaking at the same time the maintenance staff being overworked and understaffed so they can’t see to your issues.
