Seamless Leasing Experience

My leasing experience was seamless. I was a little nervous after seeing reviews online but had a friend that rented at Lakeside and really enjoyed it.
Jafet showed myself and my sister around, I knew I wanted a 1 bedroom and they had several options. He was patient with me (by the end of it, we had a list, I wanted a top floor, vaulted ceilings, a bath tub was a must along with the white cabinets), we looked at several units. My desired move in time was still a bit out and they only hold apts ...
for 2 weeks.. he worked with Sabrina to ensure I received the apartment of choice.
A week before my move in date-- I had to unexpectedly move earlier ( my apartment in south tampa, the roof caved in and was leaking all over my apartment and the only option was to move or live in the model) .. I called lakeside walk and worked with Lydia- she was on top of it! The team at Lakeside walk got back to me within a few hours with an updated lease and move in notification and worked things out so I could move in that day!
I love my place and I could not be more thankful for the individuals at lakeside walk -- I was in a very unexpected, stressful situation and they made things easy and seamless. Thank you!
PS. I have been here for almost a month and I have yet to hear a neighbor ( I am on the top floor).

Amazing apartment!

I lived here for a year and had nothing but a wonderful living experience! The price for our 1300sqft apartment was outstanding and the space was beautiful. Every staff member we worked with were absolutely outstanding. We didn’t have many maintenance issues but when we did, all of the problems were dealt with swiftly and professionally. All of the maintenance employees were so nice and respectful in our space. The leasing staff really helped us out in a tough situation when our move out date got ...
pushed back. They all went above and beyond. They were all so helpful and great to work with. They even got to know us and it made it feel like more then just a temporary housing situation. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful for walking. We used the pool many times and it was kept spotless, even during busy times of the year! The giant dog park and waste stations throughout the neighborhood made it so even our pup loved the complex. Parking or noise was never an issue in our apartment and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. I would absolutely live here again if I ever needed to rent again and would highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area!

I am trying to relocate from out of town. I put a deposit down on an apartment because I was told that my out of state income shouldn’t be an issue. The manager did not approve it and they won’t refund my money. I’m sharing my story to help prevent this from happening to someone else with a similar situation as mine. What a shame they wouldn’t take my income even though I’ll be working remote. It was a beautiful property.

To whoever can benefit from my review, I apply to lakeside walk apartments a month in a half ago. I have been following up on the return of my $150 dollar fee and they been giving me the excuse that corporate needs to send a check I call again and now they told me I'm not having a refund because I did not provide all the documents they need when I did provide and explain. So, in conclusion, they took my money and are no returning my fee when it supposes to be returned. Very dishonest and Rude ...
people in this place. In total, I lost $200 on this. hopefully, this helps some people no to have the same experience.

We moved here October 2018. After 2 years, 8 months, we still love living here! Kelly and the office staff, along with the maintenance crew are helpful, professional, and friendly. The grounds are very well kept. The gym has top named equipment and the pool area is beautiful! The apartment is quiet, which is important to us as senior citizens.

The staff is great and the apartments are beautiful. Restroom storage is limited. The walls are extremely thin! I can hear my neighbor snore and gasp for air at night.
Management helped address the issue, but if you are a light sleeper do not look at this place.

Imagine...you went to this place and signed an agreement for a 4th floor apartment with an elevator. You sold your home, hired movers, packed up your life, your wife, and your newborn child and drove here to move in on the day agreed. You hand over the check and they say "OOP! Sorry what we told you and signed an agreement that you were getting is not available". So you ask for your check back because well....now you're homeless....and they refuse to give it to you. You make it known that you ...
do in fact have no where to go and you signed paperwork...and they refuse to give the check back still...subsequently making you have to leave...with that money gone....homeless....and an agreement that was not followed through because of their sheer, unadulterated, overwhelming incompetence. There is no scenario that anyone with a working brain should ever consider living here.

New leasing staff unprofessional, rude, and awful

The worst apartment building, new management is rude, inconsiderate, lacks common courtesy and human decency. Customer service is pathetic, as they could care less for any issue you have. Walls and ceilings paper thin, sounds like elephant heard lives above me, I can hear every single foot step from 6:30 am until 11pm every night. Don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is miserable and it’s quite obvious, they don’t care about their tenants requests and everything is bothersome ...
to them.
Also not many people pick up their poop so that’s just lovely, you definitely want to watch your step. They sent out an email stating residents to take picture of other residents not picking up their dogs poop which is shady and could potentially put someone in harms way, taking photos and videos without consent, this day and age I would not advise these trigger happy people to documenting others not doing their part so that the tenants could then send fees to said person.

This complex is amazing! We love the pool and other outdoor amenities! Our apartment is updated and beautiful! It feels safe and homey! The leasing/management and maintenance team are amazing! The team at Lakeside Walk are amazing They are always helpful in the club house and very personable. The community is well informed by weekly emails on what is happening in the community. My Children enjoy the activities they have planned in the past.
