Seamless Leasing Experience

My leasing experience was seamless. I was a little nervous after seeing reviews online but had a friend that rented at Lakeside and really enjoyed it.
Jafet showed myself and my sister around, I knew I wanted a 1 bedroom and they had several options. He was patient with me (by the end of it, we had a list, I wanted a top floor, vaulted ceilings, a bath tub was a must along with the white cabinets), we looked at several units. My desired move in time was still a bit out and they only hold apts ...
for 2 weeks.. he worked with Sabrina to ensure I received the apartment of choice.
A week before my move in date-- I had to unexpectedly move earlier ( my apartment in south tampa, the roof caved in and was leaking all over my apartment and the only option was to move or live in the model) .. I called lakeside walk and worked with Lydia- she was on top of it! The team at Lakeside walk got back to me within a few hours with an updated lease and move in notification and worked things out so I could move in that day!
I love my place and I could not be more thankful for the individuals at lakeside walk -- I was in a very unexpected, stressful situation and they made things easy and seamless. Thank you!
PS. I have been here for almost a month and I have yet to hear a neighbor ( I am on the top floor).
