November 27, 2024I don't have a problem with my apartment. I have a problem with my Gen Z, entitled, cople that lives underneath me, that bang on the walls whenever they dont aprove of what I'm doing at the time. The apartments are not sound proofed at all!!! I can here the people above me too but I don't bang on walls. Very rude entitlement behavior that is allowed by management and very disappointing. November 10, 2024I’ve been here since 2017, haven’t had any serious issues or complained about about much but lately I’m feeling like I want to move because whoever lives above me, it’s always constant bumping or running. October 22, 2024The staff at this apartment community is truly exceptional! They are friendly, responsive, Additionally, the community offers a variety of great amenities that enhance the living experience, making it a pleasant place to call home. While the overall experience is positive, there are areas that could benefit from some attention. The grounds and the building near the lake would greatly improve with a bit of tender loving care (TLC). Simple maintenance tasks such as blowing out the hallways to ...remove debris and spider webs. It’s worth noting that some of the upgrades in the apartments were not installed to a high standard. However, these issues are minor enough that they can be overlooked by residents who prioritize comfort over longevity in their living space. While there are some areas for improvement regarding maintenance the outstanding staff and excellent amenities make this apartment community a worthwhile choice for potential residents.Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2024We moved in at the beginning of October and it has been the BEST experience. The staff is kind and accommodating. The grounds are kept relatively clean and safe. It’s a very quiet area for the most part you may hear a loud car every once in a while.there are no bugs that I’ve seen except maybe a house spider or two. The location is perfect! September 14, 2024As a new resident here, I wanted to wait a while before posting a review. However, the exemplary service that I received from maintenance brought me here much sooner. Don and Joe are definitely the MVP of maintenance! There were a few things that needed repair in my apartment that I flagged on my Move-In Report. Don and Joe arrived within 2 days of my submission and either made the necessary repairs (CORRECTLY may I add) or placed orders for replacements or parts that weren’t immediately ...available. Did I mention they kept me informed throughout the process!! It is a very peaceful and serene apartment community to reside in thus far; no matter the time of day or night. I will definitely come back and provide an update as needed. However, currently this is a great place to recommend!!Property Manager Responded
