Avoid this place
September 13, 2024Rude staff that doesn't communicate with each other clearly. Appartment buildings are roach infested and AC will not keep up with your units. Trash will randomly be blocked off so you can't dump it and no bedrooms are insulated so whatever temperature it is outside you will feel in your units. Avoid this place at all cost. Staffing issues
September 1, 2018The apartments and the community here are nice, but they need to hire more office staff or something. I have lived here for almost 5 months now and every time I have gone to turn in my rent check, the office has been locked because they are out "showing an apartment." Even today when I went 10 minutes after they opened, no one was around to take my check. I end up having to go back several times/wait until the next day before I can actually pay my rent, and this is a big inconvenience. I ...understand that I can pay online, but I cannot afford the ridiculous fee that paying online requires. Plus, in addition to the office being closed a lot, it usually takes five or more phone calls to get through to someone if you have a question. The staff in the office are nice and accommodating, but that does not matter much in my eyes if they are never around when I need them.Property Manager Responded

March 27, 2017The place has went down hill. I have a one bedroom here and rent is kind of high for the location and the environment. They need to keep this place better kept I don't even bring my friend over. The place is that badly kept! I have contacted management about things in my apartment and never had one word back until the 3rd time I call and had to go up there myself and I work long hours! I rarely have a issue with anything so for me to take time out of my day to write this is crazy! So if you want ...to rent here I would tell you to go some where else first so you been warned!
