DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
May 14, 2024This apartment complex is a dump. They rented me a remodeled apartment and the dishwasher was not working when I moved in. Took three weeks for them to repair it and it still wasn't up to par. The bathtub was old and rusted. They figured out in the spring that I hadn't had a working smoke detector in almost a year. I paid $14,000 for this apartment for one year and they were not responsive to maintenance requests. Also the pool was not opened until August of the year I moved in when it should ...have been opened in May. Just a whole bad experience. I moved here because of the washer and dryer and was just disappointed totally.Property Manager Responded

Where to begin
December 4, 2023It's been rough here. I've lived here for a few years. The rent is way higher than advertised. It takes forever to get things fixed. There is a big hole in the parking lot with a tarp over it. Ugh!!!Property Manager Responded

Don’t waste your time

Nice place to live affordably
May 23, 2021Despite the old age of the buildings (40+ years) maintenance is good at taking care of issues as soon as possible. Appliances are fairly new and in great shape but the kitchen/bath cabinets & faucets are old and need to be upgraded. I've lived here over 8 years and have stayed due to the affordable rent for in-unit washer & dryer and for the beautiful area the apartment complex is located.Review from Apartments.com
