Low Quality and Excessive Charges
December 3, 2021The apartments are in a good location but they charge excessive deposits and don't return the money back upon move-out. Charging almost $700 after the move-out is just crazy even with all the cleaning, etc. There are a lot of noise issues. They were doing some maintenance on one of the units right below us for almost 10 days causing loud drilling noises without even informing us and upon telling them about it, all they could do was to give keys of a community room so that we could work. Plus, ...there are a lot of kids around and there is usually a lot of noise. Worst Apartments/Unsafe
November 6, 2020The only good thing about this apartments is that lake in between of the units and location being nearest to the shopping center. The rent is too high, the units are old and does not have proper acoustics and can hear all the noise from the downstairs units, no strict measures on outside environment: Kids always makes noises. The security is the worst, always hear about break-ins and mail theft and apartment personnel does not take it seriously. Noisy upstairs units
June 15, 2020Other apartments in the area are going for $100-200 more each month, but providing A/C, washer & dryer in unit and walk-in closets. While the size of these 1 bedrooms are great, the lack of closet space is an issue. The biggest issue however is the ceiling / floors between units. Downstairs units are plagued by creaky / cracking ceilings as the upstairs neighbor does any moving around (not even stomping), especially over the living room and bedroom. Low quality apartment
December 29, 2017I lived here for about 3 years, Absolute low class apartments. Worst management especially the manager and an employee who works only on weekends, very rude. I always avoided visiting lease office because of these two persons. Zero security, My bicycles were stolen 2 times, tires stolen 2 times, my car sticker stolen and recently somebody broke gas tank cover and stole nob from inside. Police complaint for such small things is not going to help. CCTV camera never works. To avoid such incidents ...All neighborhood societies have constructed boundaries and our Management can easily afford gates or boundary wall but they don’t care. Besides big security issue, Low quality reflects in everything e.g. apartment doors, locks, closets, kitchen cabinets, especially dishwasher extremely low quality. These people make sure to install lowest quality to save their cost and show off good balance sheet to owners. Road inside the apartment is broken, laundry machines are out of order most of times. What else? In short it’s like a second world country apartment. These people charge so much rent and provide no benefits in return.
