The tour was thorough, and they took the time to answer all of my questions about the amenities, floor plans, and the overall community. I was really impressed with the apartment features—everything was modern and well-maintained. The property itself is beautiful and in a great location. Not worth the money
April 9, 2024I lived here for one year. I paid a lot for a renovated apartment because I thought it would prevent issues. The renovation was not good - very poorly done and when I brought this up to management they did little to rectify the situation because it was all “cosmetic” - but I was paying the extra money for the renovations? Additionally there is a huge problem with leaking. My apartment was leaking and carpet was soaked. It lasted weeks and they continued to just give me a dehumidifier which was ...constantly full - the apartment was not humid it was wet. It destroyed furniture. Neighbors were constantly moving and calling the main office to break lease because of the leaking. Great place to live

I hope you like the smell of marijuana
April 9, 2020Upon moving in you sign a document stating you will not smoke marijuana in your apartment or on the property, but that means nothing. My entire apartment gets to smell like marijuana everyday even after multiple complaints. I love having a headache everyday! And I love being told ‘they can’t prove who is doing it’.Property Manager Responded

The worst
September 25, 2018Unprofessional, very uncourteous and all around a terrible place to live, be, or even have associated with this city. Trash needs to stay out! A working professional would expect so much more than a tiny, dated, dilapidated, unkempt place. Maintenance isn't kept up, grounds untailored, people working there are disgraceful. Farmington Hills has so much to offer and NONE of it is here. Angela has been a nightmare to have come to this property.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional and corrupt
August 28, 2018I have been living in this apartment for last one year and my suggestion - don't come close to it. Unprofessional: The leasing manager initially gave me new apartment address to transfer all the services before move-in. after 2 weeks, when I went to sign the lease, I came to know that address given to me was incorrect and I was given a new address. I had to again transfer all services to the new address which cost me $50-60. Totally Unprofessional. Corrupt: They will mess up your water bill. and ...if you are not paying close attention, you may end up paying last month's bill again with your current bill. This happened to me, 5 times in last 1 year, where last month's water bill with late fee was included in my current water bill.Property Manager Responded

Uncomfortable and unprofessional
August 3, 2018Lived in FH ten plus years. Currently making minor details to lure people in, but don't be fooled. Amenities do not equal rate they're attempting to charge. Not even a mile down the road is hundreds less with same amenities, location and square footage. Even the leasing office is kept locked. Entirely univiting, cold and impersonal. Farmington Hills is a beautiful and safe community. This place is not. Pests and bugs, nonworking appliances and ac and furnace units.
