I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY UNLESS THEY GET NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT !! The current management is rude and unwilling to correct their own mistakes. Like the other review you are GUILTY of whatever they want to accuse you of. They threaten you with with "lease violation" when you don't do anything and they have absolutely no proof otherwise !! Anyone can go to the office and make things up and they run with it !! They don't talk to you with respect. I have been a resident for 4 ...
years. I have stayed because the location as I need to be close to family. They also have quoted "market value" of the apartment way to high for what you get. These apartments are old and the interior has not been updated since they have been built. In the 4 yrs I have lived here they've changed the street signs (like that really needed to be done ! ), new roofs (on some buildings), repaved the parking lots ( there is absolutely NO parking in this complex for the amount of cars), painted the outside doors, replaced the wood on the balconies, took out the laundry facility and added a tiny fitness room, replaced the concrete the mailboxes are on, and put rocks around the gross, nasty, smelly pond ! See a pattern here ? All for show !! BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO THE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS !! The dishwashers don't work very well at all. Might as well hand wash everything. There are no water softeners so there is sooo much lime build up on everything ! The windows don't close completely. There is a slight crack in every one of my windows. We have to put towels on the window sills to stop the breeze. I have complained about this and have been told the building settled and they can't do anything about it. The carpet is so cheap you spill water on it and it leaves a stain. The bushes over grow and the grass is not cut very frequently. Most of the time in the summer the grass is over my ankles and above my 65 lbs dog's stomach !! From Spring to Fall you will have extra roommates. Apartments have a silverfish problem. Management knows about it but doesn't have any one come spray for them. I could go on and on about these apartments. I am currently looking to move out. I will be gone as soon as I can !!
