My name is Jackie, and I've been a resident here for nearly four years. My two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is very cozy, and the maintenance service is outstanding—they respond promptly to any requests. The property is always well-maintained, and my grandkids love visiting to enjoy the playground and pool during the summer. The office staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I have any concerns.

I have lived here for the past 12 years. The property is always picked up well. The pools are open every year! Tara and Diana are always there to help with any issues that may come up. Mike and Juan make sure to pay close attention to all detail and make sure issues are fixed appropriately. The property is located off of Loop 820, which is very convenient. I will be renewing my lease this year for sure!

Been here nearly ten years. The staff is great. April, Tara, and Diana are easy to talk to and try their best to solve any problems you may have. Mike and Juan do a fantastic job of maintaining the grounds. Centrally located so close to lots of retail and eateries. It's got two pools. Two!! Three if you count the kiddie pool which I do cuz I'm short lol. All things considered it's a pretty decent place.

Have lived here 3+ years and still enjoy living here. The grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance is prompt with any issues, staff is friendly and accommodating. Very flexible pet policy which is a big plus! Rent includes water, garbage and pest control, my electric bill stays fairly low and they even offer free emergency car services! It’s a great place for the price.

Maintenance guys have always fixed my minor issues quickly. The Manager April is very sweet and tries her damnedest to make your stay welcoming. Tara is always helpful and friendly, and always smiling!
Maintenance guys do a great job, and are always friendly and positive. Well manicured landscape, beautiful pools and the lake is 500 yards away....love it.

This is the best complex I’ve ever lived in.
The office staff is friendly and warm. I’ve only had one issue requiring a maintenance order and it was fixed same day.
The apartments are spacious and updated.
The grounds are kept clean and picked up daily.
Lakeview is a quiet property and there’s plenty of parking.
Right off 820, I have easy access to anywhere I want to go!!
I highly recommend!!

I have had the best experience! The Lakeview managers, make sure you are getting the best experience! I was able to move in almost immediately after searching I found everything I needed. The managers are super caring. The maintenance guys are always available, 24/7. The neighborhood is great!
