The environment around me and the people I’ve encounters is definitely worth it. Especially, the maintenance man, Frank, has been wonderful help around here. When there was a squirrel problem in my attic, he was there with traps and all supplies necessary to help catch this squirrel. He also maintains this complex well and always keeps Lakeview clean. Overall, this complex is close ...to many places that is easily walkable and drivable.Read More

September 2, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comROACHES!!! Renter beware. The apartments are very modern and nice. However the rent is expremely high compared to the other apartments in the area. We have no issue paying the extra high rent to live in this nice community however as of recently large cockroaches have been coming from the sinks and radiators. The management has yet to do anything about this. We have asked for an exterminator or for something to be done but management has been less than helpful. This is digusting and anyone moving ...in should have the apartment searched by a professional. The management is good for nothing besides collecting rent which they ever seem to forget to take on time. As soon as my lease end my family and I are out of here! This place is definitly not worth the money. I feel like we are living in the hood when you can hear the cockroaches running thru the walls.Read More
